I specialize in treatment of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, as well as trauma, and chronic pain. I have advanced training in the use of Mindfulness, Meditation and Somatic Awareness as well as evidenced-based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am also a certified Health & Wellness Coach and can address the impact of nutrition and lifestyle as it relates to wellness.
